Thu discovered yoga in her early 20s as a form of workout. That soon evolved into a practice of presence and self-connection. Thu followed her favorite teachers attending classes across towns, and exploring many styles of practice. What began as a deeper learning for yoga philosophy, opened Thu's world into teaching and community.
Her back injury years ago became a pivotal turning point reshaping her relationship with yoga. Returning to practice from the ground up (literally), she learned to slow down, trust in her body, and let breath and awareness lead.
Outside of yoga, Thu enjoys mixing up concoctions in the kitchen, flying in the air, and discovering wellness tools around town. Thu believes yoga has the power to expand our worlds when we listen deeply within. She invites curiosity, play, and presence into every moment on the mat, creating space for exploration, healing, and freedom in movement.
